We have been licensed Teflon applicators and specialists in other fluoropolymer coatings since 1962. We serve the chemical and pharmaceutical processing industry as well as industries in food manufacturing, commercial baking, laundry/textile processing, printing, coverting, and adhesive manufacturing. As premier Teflon applicators, PCM can provide businesses with technical knowledge and on-time delivery to assist them from the product prototype stage to the production run stage. We can coat a wide variety of equipment ranging from chemical tanks and pressure vessels to baking pans and splash guards. We are your professional Teflon applicators.
We offer high quality tank coatings with chemical resistance that is unmatched by stainless steel or glass. Many of today's pharmaceutical and biotech plants must be flexible enough to produce multiple products while meeting both traditional and growing needs for product purity, cleanability, durability, and lower maintenance costs; PCM’s fluoropolymer tank coatings deliver the results. Fluoropolymers are non-reactive, which means there are no corrosion byproducts to contaminate processes and the non-wetting hydrophobic surfaces resist bio-film buildup. Withstanding the strongest cleaning solutions, premium performance is a hallmark of PCM tank coatings.
PCM offers a variety of release coatings used in the commercial baking industry. We’re proud to be a part of Bakeware Coating Systems Inc. and the Eastern United States licensee of the SBS-Teflon Non-Stick Pan Coating Systems. The SBS systems are the premier release coatings available in the commercial baking marketplace. Cutting bakery costs by lasting up to 12 times as many baking cycles as silicone glaze, our custom coating systems eliminate the need for pan oil to aid in releasing the product. PCM is the premier supplier of high quality release coatings.
One of the many protective coatings we offer is Super-Poly-Off, also known as SPO. Super-Poly-Off and other non-stick products are used in commercial laundries to reduce plastic build up in dryer baskets and on panels. Plastic build up creates longer drying times and higher energy costs due to the loss of air flow, our Super-Poly-Off and other protective coatings prevent this. We also offer Ultratuf, a coating used for textiles and fine hosiery that makes dryer baskets ultra smooth. These coating products are just a few of the protective coatings that PCM offers.
PCM offers high quality corrosion resistant coatings for a large number of industries. We’ve specialized in Teflon and other fluoropolymer coating systems since 1962. An example of one of our corrosion resistant coatings is Product-22, developed by our engineering department in 1986. A blend of several fluoropolymer coating products, Product-22 offers an outstanding non-stick surface to which virtually nothing will permanently adhere. We have 3 different variations of Product-22 systems to suit different applications and all 3 offer fair to excellent properties as corrosion resistant coatings.
We offer chemical resistant coatings that give pharmaceutical and biotech plants the flexibility to produce multiple products while still meeting the ever increasing need for purity, durability, and cleanability. Fluoropolymers are non-reactive and offer no corrosion byproducts to contaminate a facility’s processes. PCM’s chemical resistant coatings provide smooth, non-wetting hydrophobic surfaces that resist bio-film buildup and are compatible with the strongest cleaning solutions and steaming processes. Glass can crack and stainless steel requires costly passivation or electropolishing; choose one of our high quality chemical resistant coatings for your application.
A Halar coating is one of the most resistant coatings for chemical applications. Many of today's pharmaceutical and biotechnology plants must be flexible enough to produce multiple products while meeting both traditional and growing needs for product purity, cleanability, durability, and low maintenance costs. To meet these demands, a fluoropolymers such as a Halar coating can be applied to piping, components and vessels, giving them an unmatched chemical resistance. Fluoropolymers are compatible with just about any pharmaceutical or biochemical process and outperform traditional stainless steel or glass. We are a full service Halar coating facility.
One of our premier non stick coatings is Product – 22, a blend of several fluoropolymers developed by PCM's engineering department in 1986. These special blends, combined with a unique coating process, provides Product - 22 with an outstanding surface to which virtually nothing will permanently adhere to its surface. Dozens of industries are successfully using our non stick coatings to eliminate the problems caused by sticking and build up on process equipment. Product - 22 is available for application to your production equipment components at our non stick coatings facility in Camden, NJ.
PCM applies Teflon coatings, solving problems in non-stick, dry lubrication, electrical insulation and corrosion resistance. Not even the stickiest food products adhere well to Teflon coatings. The surfaces are easy to clean and they stay cleaner longer. The payoff is faster, easier cleaning and longer intervals between cleanings. We have an extensive history coating equipment for food processing and baking facilities coating parts such as waffle grids, bread pans and straps, dough troughs, mixing blades, hoppers, rollers, and cutting blades. Experience the benefits of using Teflon coatings in your facility.
